Frequently Asked Questions
Tracking information for every REMfresh order is sent to the email provided upon purchase. If you created an account while purchasing, please login and click on ‘Orders’, a purchase note with the tracking information will be provided per order. Orders are shipped via FEDEX and status updates can be viewed using the FEDEX tracking tool on the following page https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track
Like many supplements available today, REMfresh isn’t covered by health insurance.
You don’t have to buy melatonin online, it is can be purchased at thousands of pharmacies throughout the country. You can find the most convenient in-store location for you at our Store Locator here.
Orders placed on REMfresh.com before 3 pm EST on Monday through Friday will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will go out the next business day. Excludes holidays. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather.
Shipping on REMfresh.com is free in the USA! You can also get free shipping on Amazon prime and avoid shipping costs by purchasing REMfresh at a local retailer.
